An Update on My Crazy Life

Christian is thankfully re-adjusting to his schedule now. For those of you who have kids, our trip to Montana was like the daylight savings time change...and he was all wacky in his schedule.

While in Montana Christian adopted a howl as a form of crying/whining. That's fun. He is also now starting to cling to our legs when he has issues, and fake crying. This looks like a crying face with squinty eyes that he uses to see if I'm buying it. I never do. That little rascal.

Yesterday he did a lot of howling and squinty crying, and at 5pm we headed out the door. While balancing diaper bag, baby on hip, purse, sippy cup and keys, Christian somehow got a hold of my key chain. He pushed the panic alarm button for our home alarm and suddenly the squeal of our alarm shot us both up 4 feet into the air. After getting that taken care of I walk to the car to put him in...it all was a blur but I somehow ended up on the ground with my feet and butt in the gutter, christian on top of me, and diaper bag, purse, etc. scattered all over the sidewalk. What a fun start to our evening. LOL. Other than "gravity testing" with various items at Babies R'Us, and a few meltdowns by christian, we did OK the rest of the night.
Today I tried to take a pic of christian in front of our Christmas tree....here's the result.
