Mary Kay - Microdermabrasion

Ok, so I am officially IN LOVE with Mary Kay skincare products.  I love them for more reasons than I can count.  As I promised in my previous Mary Kay post, I would try different products and give honest reviews about them, so here you are...a review on MK's Microdermabrasion.

If you know me, then it is no secret that I've struggled my entire life with my skin.  I've spent thousands of dollars on every brand and system you can imagine.  Most of the systems would work for a period of time, and then fail to continue their initial results.  Prior to my wedding, I decided to get extreme.  I had laser treatments several times a week, and a microdermabrasion / chemical peel treatment 1-2 times a week.  I saw results, but shed skin like a lizard.  It was humiliating.

After my wedding I had microdermabrasion treatments for a few months, but I couldn't justify the price any longer.  Each treatment ran close to $100.

When I saw that Mary Kay had a Microderabrasion set, my interest was piqued.  I especially was interested when reading that the same crystals that are used by aestheticians for professional microdermabrasion treatments are used in the MK product.  After using the product once I was HOOKED.  It is part of the Ultimate Miracle Set of skincare, and I am seeing results I haven't seen since my intense pre-wedding treatments (sans the four-figure price tag and lizard skin).  I have even had compliments from strangers on my skin!  And so I tell you that the Mary Kay Microdermabrasion Set is my absolute FAVORITE non-daily product.  :-)
