Skinny Sweets

I have a confession to make.  I am a sucker for sweets.  I could easily eat See's candy for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack.  Ice cream is a weakness.  Brownies make my knees buckle.  And so, when I started Weight Watchers, I knew that I might have to sacrifice my beloved favorites.  I discovered that I could still have sweets, I just had to find the right ones.  Here are a few of my FAVORITE stand-by's:

One box makes 8 servings, so I bring out my old baby-food containers and fill 8 up and pop them in the fridge.  Convenient? YES.  Point Value? 0.  And when you dollop a serving of Cool Whip Free on top, your sweet tooth smiles.

I adore chocolate, and these little cups are full of light, chocolatey goodness.  Point value is 1, and when you add a dollop of Cool Whip Free, you have a decadent dessert to make you forget you are watching your weight!

I know I've mentioned this before, but it is worth repeating.  Cool Whip Free makes me so very happy.  You can use it with everything!  Make a parfait and dollop it on top.  Have a light cookie or brownie warmed up with a dollop of frozen Cool Whip.  The possibilities are endless!

And finally...
I ADORE these!  Yes, they are giant.  Yes, they taste like a Chocolate Fudge ice cream bar.  Yes, they are scrumptuous.  And YES, they are only 1 point.  I buy them at Costco, and then eat them all in one day.  (Just kidding, it takes two days.)  ;-)

Even if you aren't watching your diet, try these and tell me that they aren't to-die-for.  I dare you.
