Two picky little eaters and a need to clean my pantry / fridge inspired this fun little snack.
Cutting board, rolling pin, flour (not shown), mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni, pizza dough and spaghetti sauce. That's all you need.
My parents gave me this nifty little samosa makers. You can turn them over and use the backs to cut the perfect size dough. Plus, if you open and close them, they look like little dinosaur faces, and you can run around chasing your giggly kiddos.
Roll out the dough, cut it, put it on the samosa maker, assemble and close.
I used my pizza stone to bake them. (The weird "C" of dough was leftover dough. I made it for Christian and he was beyond thrilled.)
They looked beautiful. I've thrown them into the freezer for a quick snack / meal for the kids.
