If you don't know me well, then you may not be familiar with my love for Christmas. It is most definately my favorite season, and it begins with the time leading up to Thanksgiving until "Boxing Day". I love the chance to bake and make gifts for my friends and family...giving is one way I show my love for others. I usually have one craft that I do for everyone (though I personalize for each person). One year I crocheted scarves, one year I made baskets, etc. I also make Christmas ornaments for everyone.
I've started on my ornaments already, as I will be making a few more than usual this year. Here is a pic of a couple of them.
I have also begun to stock my pantry for my baking plans. That is something I start generally in the summer and continue until after Christmas.
The bustle of the stores, the lights at the Mission Inn, the smell of fresh baked cookies, decorating the house, watching holiday movies and doing crafts...these are just a few of my favorite (Christmastime) things!
