It's Official...We are Mr. & Mrs. Pocoloco!

Yes indeed, we are two crazy cats. Yesterday I thought that when Danny got home we would finish painting our bedroom. Instead, he came home with a can of paint and a mischievous smile, announcing that he "discovered" a new technique. Hmm....new huh? Convo went something like this:

Danny: "Honey, I was at Home Depot and looking at the Ralph Lauren paint colors when I came across this painting technique that makes the walls look like suede!"

Jolene: "Oh, the technique I showed you a pamphlet of a few months ago and suggested we do instead of wallpaper? I think that I just threw the pamphlet out because you didn't show much interest."

Danny: "What? You never showed me anything. I'm so glad I thought of this!"

Jolene: (sigh attached to a smile) "Me too honey."

And so, instead of working on the bedroom, after I put Christian down for bed we went straight to work....painting OUR HALL. The technique is a couple of coats and a ton of work, but totally worth it in the end. It looks fantastic...such a rich, soft texture. Unfortunately the pics I took didn't turn out...but if you use some imagination when viewing the before pic of the hall and the technique pic from Ralph Lauren Home, you might get an idea. :-)
