I have officially gotten back onto the menu planning wagon. I've been doing a great job with it for the past month, and (dare I say it) I even have been enjoying it! Something I love more than knowing what we are eating every day is the fact that it is rare that I have to throw any food away. (I hate throwing away food; I see dollar signs every time I do it.) Today I declared the 'No Food Left Behind Act' in our home.
