This will be the third year I choose one word to resolve for a year, for good reason. It is far more meaningful, and doable to resolve to weave one word through your year than for you to single-handedly try to undo a mile long list of bad habits.
Last year my resolution was to "Invest", and I rather enjoyed finding ways to invest all year long. The year before, my word was "Less". This year I've chosen "Challenge".
One challenge for the year will be to "Be Still and Know..."(If you know me, you'll know the challenge in this.)
I desperately want to grow, learn and have new and exciting circumstances this year, and the only way to do so is to challenge myself in new and creative ways.
