I have had dreams of Le Creuset (pronounced "crewSAY") for years, though I've not shared them with anyone. This beautiful cookware is functional, beautiful and beautiful. Oh, did I repeat myself? I'm sorry...I'm a little lovestruck.
Hubby got this oval french oven for me for Christmas. I cried when I opened it. Literally. Real tears and all.

Its okay. Hubby has given his blessing on this relationship. After all, he reaps the benefits as well. In fact, he has tasted a difference in several of my recipes already.
